On‑Site Services
ebblo offers tailored service solutions for ITCS customers who require additional on‑site support. These include hardware and software installations, software inspections, parameterisation, preventive maintenance, and surveys such as vehicle analyses or route assessments.
System Review
The system review is conducted on-site by an ebblo expert together with the customer, providing a clear picture of how the ebblo ITCS is used in the control centre. It identifies optimisation potential across processes, workflows and system usage, forming the basis for tangible efficiency gains and long‑term added value.
Infrastructure Analysis
Technological development is advancing rapidly, and ITCS systems are complex – so having expert support can be crucial to getting the most out of your existing infrastructure. ebblo helps you combine all modules in the best possible way, identifies gaps as well as process and security risks, and provides clear recommendations for improvements and conceptual adjustments.
IT Services
ebblo offers a wide range of IT infrastructure services for its ITCS customers, including server virtualisation, the setup of redundant systems, recommendations for system sizing, and classic IT maintenance (monitoring, backups, antivirus). All services are carried out in line with the highest IT security requirements – for example through the use of firewalls.
Remote Maintenance
For more complex issues, direct access to the customer system is usually required, which we provide through modern remote‑maintenance technologies offering multiple connection options to servers and end‑user workstations. Remote access is secured by extensive safety features, including data encryption.
System Monitoring
As an additional service, we offer system monitoring that enables early detection of system and network issues. This allows us to take proactive action before bottlenecks or limited resources lead to major or even critical disruptions.
Workshops and User Forums
In our workshops and at our annual user forums, you gain early insights into new products, can attend expert presentations, and exchange ideas with other industry professionals. Specialised working groups also give you the opportunity to actively influence the development of new features and contribute your operational requirements directly.
