Stéphane Buguet de Chargère strengthens ebblo’s sales team for French-speaking markets

As of 15 June 2026, Stéphane Buguet de Chargère has joined ebblo Western Europe as Senior Sales & Business Development Manager. He will focus on French-speaking markets and further expanding our presence in France. 

Since 2016, Stéphane has held various sales and business development roles at Trapeze Group, with a strong focus on francophone markets in Europe and Africa. He brings in-depth knowledge of the French public transport market and a deep understanding of its specific requirements and challenges. 

In his role at ebblo, he will further position and strengthen our ITCS solutions across French-speaking markets – supporting a more efficient, reliable, and sustainable operation of public transport systems. 

Over the past few months, Stéphane has already been closely involved in ebblo’s activities. He will now build on this foundation and further drive our market development across French-speaking regions. 

With more than 20 years of international experience in business development in technology-driven B2B markets– particularly in public transport, ITS, and telecommunications – Stéphane brings extensive expertise. He holds an engineering degree from CPE Lyon and an Executive MBA from HEC Paris.
