Enable communication between service controllers and drivers – and to passengers

Enable your service controllers to easily communicate with drivers through multiple radio and communication technologies integrated within ebblo Horizon. It offers reliable voice communication over secure, high-bandwidth channels for uninterrupted service between the control centre and vehicles using Voice over IP (VoIP) and with fallback mechanisms that are transparent to users and ensure guaranteed communications.

Empower service controllers to quickly and flexibly communicate by simply selecting vehicles, routes, or groups and clicking a talk icon, with the system automatically connecting the call to the correct vehicles. Service controllers can communicate with one or multiple drivers across text and voice, in cases of service disruptions, and provide guidance. Drivers will also be able to request communication with the control centre through the driver terminal device.
