As one of West Africa\u2019s largest urban transit networks, SOTRA manages transport services for more than one million daily passengers. This case study explores how Trapeze,\u00a0powered by ebblo, helped SOTRA modernise operations, integrate fleet management, and improve service delivery across multiple cities through a single intelligent transport management platform.<\/p>\n<p>SOTRA runs West Africa\u2019s largest urban bus network and needed to transform it without stopping it.
